Public Project is a platform operated by Choicesphere (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated on 31st March 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013. Registered Address: 12 Near Hanuman Temple, Hanamapur, Ramdurg, Belgaum – 591123, Karnataka.
All proposals, contractors, and investors are approved by platform admins only — not any government body. Public Project is a fully private company.
Users must provide accurate information. Contractors and Investors undergo KYC by platform admins before gaining full access. Misuse will result in account termination.
Public Project is currently free for all users during our launch phase. We are building trust and transparency first. Monetization will be introduced transparently in future.
Project data is publicly visible for transparency. Personal data (mobile, email) is stored securely and not sold or shared with third parties. SMS OTP is used only for identity verification.

We collect your name, mobile number, email address, pincode, and any information you voluntarily submit as part of project proposals or account registration. We also collect usage data to improve platform performance.
Your data is used solely to operate the Public Project platform — to verify identity, facilitate project proposals, connect contractors and investors, and enable transparent monitoring of infrastructure projects.
Project proposals, statuses, funding outcomes, and milestone updates are publicly visible. This is a core feature of the platform — radical transparency is our political shield against corruption. Personal contact details are never made public.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared internally between platform stakeholders (admin, contractor, investor) as required to complete a project.
OTP is sent via 2Factor.in for identity verification only. Your mobile number is not used for unsolicited marketing.
All data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard security. We use HTTPS for all communication. Admin access requires OTP + password authentication.
You may request deletion or correction of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 7 working days.
